Is your pest control service discreet enough for a hotel environment?
Yes. All our hotel technicians wear plain, unbranded uniforms and we schedule visits during off-peak hours or overnight when the service has the least impact on guests. Our equipment is compact and we operate quietly. Guests will not be aware that a pest control visit is taking place.
What pests are most common in Singapore hotels?
The most frequent pest issues in Singapore hotels are German cockroaches in kitchens and food preparation areas, rodents in back-of-house and loading docks, bed bugs in guest rooms, flies in F&B outlets and bin areas, and Aedes mosquitoes in pool decks and outdoor gardens. Can you service our hotel outside check-in hours to avoid disturbing guests?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including early morning, late evening and overnight service windows for all hotel clients. Guest-floor treatments are typically scheduled during low-occupancy periods. All timing is agreed in advance with your property manager and adjusted around your housekeeping and operations schedule.
How do you respond to a guest bed bug complaint?
We respond same-day to all bed bug guest complaints. Our technician will conduct a thermal imaging scan using InnoScan™ to confirm and locate the infestation without disturbing room inventory or adjacent rooms. If confirmed, we implement an immediate treatment protocol and provide a written report for your property records. We recommend a follow-up inspection within 7 days to confirm clearance.
Do your service reports meet STB and brand-audit requirements?
Yes. All service reports include: date and time of visit, technician name and NEA licence number, zones inspected and treated, pest activity findings, products used with NEA registration numbers and application dilution rates, and recommendations for follow-up. Reports are formatted to meet STB guidelines, FSMS documentation requirements and the pest management sections of major international brand-audit checklists.
Do you cover FSMS-regulated hotel kitchens and F&B outlets?
Yes. All our kitchen treatments use products approved for use in food-handling environments under NEA regulations. Our InnoFly™ UV glue boards are FSMS-compatible and the fly activity logs from each board are included in service reports. We are familiar with SFA inspection requirements and structure all kitchen service documentation accordingly. We do not use fogging or spray treatments in active food preparation areas.
How quickly can you respond to a pest emergency at our hotel?
For existing contract clients, we provide same-day response to all pest sightings and emergency incidents. Critical situations such as guest bed bug complaints or rodent sightings in public areas are prioritised for response within 2 hours during business hours. After-hours emergency contact is available for all hotel programme clients. New enquiries typically receive a site visit within 24 hours.
